However, you may print hard copies of portions of the Site solely for the purpose of placing an order with Printfive. Damage Claims or Shortages – Important Notice

Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported within 48 hours without exception. Please check your deliveries immediately upon receipt. You agree to our Refund & Return Policy by accepting these Terms and Conditions.

Product Description

Printfive strives to be as accurate as possible. However, Printfive does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Printfive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Product Availability

Printfive makes reasonable efforts to deliver the Products ordered. However, if for any reason the item you ordered is out of stock, we will endeavor to inform you within 48 hours and let you know when the item will be back in stock or if it is no longer available. Printfive reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund as per the refund policy.

Cancellation by Printfive

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in cancellation include limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention team. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting an order.

If your order is canceled, we will notify you, and any payment made will be refunded to your account (subject to approval). If your card has already been charged, the amount will be reversed back to your card account.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit/debit card details you provide are correct and accurate, and that you are using a card lawfully owned by you. You undertake to provide correct and valid card details. Printfive will not share this information with third parties unless required for fraud verification or by law, regulation, or court order. Printfive will not be liable for any credit card fraud. Any liability for fraudulent use of a card lies with you, and you must prove otherwise.

We as a merchant shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the cardholder exceeding the preset limit.

Fraudulent/Declined Transactions

Printfive reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and legal fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. We also reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site or any other breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement and have the authority to bind the other party. You shall not use this Site if you are not competent to contract under applicable laws.

You Agree and Confirm

  • That in the event of non-delivery due to a mistake by you (wrong name, address, or other incorrect information), any extra cost incurred by Printfive for redelivery will be borne by you.
  • That you will use the services provided by Printfive, its affiliates, consultants, and partners only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • That you will provide authentic and true information whenever requested. Printfive reserves the right to validate such information and, if found inaccurate, reject your registration and bar you from using the services.
  • That you grant permission to Printfive to call or send SMS for order-related clarifications, design issues, delivery information, or queries. You also consent to receiving SMS updates on order status.
  • That you agree to bear the risk of any delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers; Printfive shall not be held responsible in such cases.
  • That you access the services and transact at your own risk, using your best judgment.
  • That the delivery address you provide is correct and complete in all respects.
  • That you have carefully reviewed the product description before placing an order and agree to be bound by the conditions of sale.

You may not use the Site for any of the following:

  • Disseminating unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
  • Transmitting material that encourages criminal conduct, civil liability, or breaches laws or codes of practice.

Payment Services

We as a merchant shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to exceeding the card’s preset limit.

User Account Data

Printfive respects the privacy of every individual and protects personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We share only necessary information with trusted logistics and business partners for order processing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Printfive shall not be responsible for any loss due to failure to safeguard your account. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account if the data is found to be inaccurate or misused. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use or security breach.

Voucher Codes Printfive reserves the right to limit the use of voucher codes. We may restrict the number of times a coupon code can be used per customer. Voucher codes are intended for individual, one-time use per customer. Terms and Conditions for any Contest shall be separately available on the Site. In case of any conflict, these T&C shall prevail.

Request Erasure of Your Personal Data You have the right to request that we delete or remove your Personal Data when there is no good reason for us to continue processing it. To exercise this right, you can: A) Send an email request to printfiveynk@gmail.com stating the email address used to log in to the Printfive Photo App. Or B) In the Printfive Photo App: Open the side menu, navigate to your account via the cogwheel icon, press “Edit”, then “Delete account”, and confirm.

Once completed, please appeal the relevant decision if needed.
